We aim to provide the best care in ways that meet your expectations and schedules. However, missed appointments and frequent cancellations do impact our ability to offer quality treatments for all clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50% of the treatment fee booked.
